Hearts In Parks

You may have noticed a splash of color on the sidewalks in some of the parks in Milwaukie recently. NCPRD has collaborated with the Milwaukie Arts Committee, also as part of  the Hidden Hearts Milwaukie movement, to spread joy in parks using chalk art.
