Aquatic Fitness
We have a variety of health and fitness options to fit your personal goals. Depending on the time of day we have as many as six lanes available in our twenty-five yard lap pool. If you are seeking a lower impact environment we offer a 13 foot Dive Well to train in. Both pools are 82 degrees year round. In addition, we offer our customers free use of kickboards, pull bouy’s, swim paddles, diving bricks, semi-buoyancy belts and water weights. Our pools may assist you in one or more healthful goals:

• Improve Posture & Alignment
