The Milwaukie Community Center is available for private use for meetings, showers, reunions, parties, receptions and other events. The Center features nine rooms of various sizes, including a banquet room with a large stage and audio equipment, and two kitchenettes. Whether you’re looking to rent the entire facility or individual spaces, the Milwaukie Community Center offers flexible spaces and convenient amenities to meet your event needs. Just adjacent to the Milwaukie Community Center, the Sara Hite Memorial Rose Garden and North Clackamas Park picnic shelter are also available for rent if a combination of indoor and outdoor venue spaces is required.

Building Features
The South Wing includes a large banquet room with a performance stage, kitchenette, public address system, with five spaces consisting of tile and carpeted floors. The North Wing has a kitchenette and four spaces, two of which open into one larger space with mirrors at either end, a suspended maple dance floor and prime views of North Clackamas Park. The facility is air conditioned and smoke-free.

Special Equipment & Seating
Two kitchenettes are available for renters use. Rental arrangements include the complimentary use of tables, chairs, coffee pots and other equipment by prior arrangement.

Accessibility
Built on one level, the Center is handicap-accessible throughout the facility and equipped with an electric lift for the stage area, as well as large wheelchair accessible restrooms. A furnished lobby, automatic front doors and ample paved parking contribute to renter and guest convenience.
