The City of Happy Valley is seeking to withdraw from the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District.  There are potential impacts to all District residents should this occur.  This meeting is to allow staff to update residents on the current status of the District and answer the community’s questions.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
