As a county service district, NCPRD is governed by the five-member Board of County Commissioners for Clackamas County acting as the Board of Directors for NCPRD.  Until recently, the District was primarily represented by a the District Advisory Board (DAB), a nine-member volunteer board of citizens that were charged with making recommendations to the NCPRD Board of Directors.  With the DAB temporarily on hold, the Board will hold monthly public meetings within the District on the third Thursday of each month, with the agenda being dedicated solely to NCPRD business.
