McLoughlin Boulevard Closed for Construction

McLoughlin Blvd./Hwy. 99E will be closed between SE Washington Street and SE River Road/Bluebird Street from 10 p.m. Friday, June 12 to 5 a.m. Monday, June 15, while crews complete adjustments to the light rail bridge over the highway. Through traffic is advised to detour to Milwaukie Expressway/Hwy 224/I-205.

McLoughlin will be open for local access only between SE River Road/Bluebird Street and Park Avenue and between SE Harrison and Washington streets. TriMet bus line 33-McLoughlin will be detoured to Oatfield Road via Park Avenue. Visit trimet.org/alerts for details.

Crews will work 24 hours a day to complete the work in the shortest time possible. Construction outside normal hours is approved under a City of Milwaukie noise variance (503-786-7500).
