NCPRD System Plan

IMAGINE THE FUTURE OF PARKS AND RECREATION IN NORTH CLACKAMAS

North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District (NCPRD) is updating the districtwide System Plan, which will shape the foundation for the future of the District.

The System Plan will be informed and driven by research, analysis, and public input, including diverse and underserved voices in the community. Your thoughts and feedback regarding NCPRD’s parks, trails, programs, and facilities will help leave a lasting legacy for generations to come!

Visit the System Plan project website for more information, updates and opportunities to get involved.

What is a System Plan?
The System Plan is a 20-year guide for all NCPRD parks, facilities, services, goals, policies, operations and facilities. It will be a road map for the future, and will help us identify and meet the changing needs of a diverse community. Learn more.

What is the project timeline?
The project is currently in the Discovery Phase, and a robust public outreach process will continue through July 2024 to help establish community priorities. The System Plan is expected to be completed by spring 2025. Learn more about how to get involved and share your voice.
